This is perfect for lost/stuck/overwhelming seasons of life where you want to go deeper over the course of the sessions. I personalise all sessions based off our pre-session consultation so there could be - deeper education on nervous system etc.
This is perfect for those already committed to the healing power of breathwork & wish to use this alongside their own journey, perhaps being coached already. Somatic healing adds the real body-transformation!
