Why did I create Back to Breath?

I was inspired to create this container to mirror my first “WTF IS THIS MAGIC?!” moment when I first laid down to try breathwork. That was June 2021 and my life hasn’t been the same since. I guide every single 1:1 client healing journey through these workshops as they’re a fundamental part of the deep transformation they experience in their breathwork and healing journeys… and now I’m opening them up for others.
