Who am I?

My name is Camilla & I am deeply moved by you being here.

After 7 years in the marketing and fitness industries, I knew how to hustle, how to meet expectations, and how to give away all my energy to everyone else… But despite the societal validating “success”, I felt perpetually not good enough. 

I didn’t realise there was another, simpler, more regulated & healthy way to living life.

Accidentally (or not!) I found breathwork during a second lockdown in Sydney, 2021.

It became the portal to my own healing, a practice that not only helped me reconnect with my body but also gave me the power to shed the layers of conditioning and trauma that were holding me back.

Breath by breath, I found my own rhythm, and with that, my own truth.

I fully qualified in Breathwork, Meditation & Ice Bath Facilitation in Sep 2022, and then I was off!

I took the power of the breath across Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and London! I have collaborated with gyms, cafes, studios, art galleries, run sessions on many beaches and even headlined a Sauna Festival in New Zealand! I have had the HONOUR of facilitating breathwork on 100s of humans and worked 1:1 guiding deep life-changing healing in many women.

Now, I facilitate weekly re-set breathwork classes, lead brain chemistry altering breathwork events, and guide women to live a life they are EXCITED by through deep somatic healing (particularly those who’ve tried talk therapy and know the wellness/self-help trends) but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

If you feel even the slightest pull, it’s an invitation I encourage you to trust. They take us to the most magical of places!
